and the weather finally is warming... it was 26 In Bryce Canyon this morning with a lot of snow about. Some pics will be up soon as I can cut them down to size. Workshop starts in a few minutes.

Broke 300 Miles on a Bike... FINALLY!

Did my first 24 mile ride today to South Charleston and back. Took 1.5 hours to get there and 0.83 hours to get back. Wind was directly in my face riding over there. Current total s 313 miles. Gotta start riding more to be ready for GOBA/Ireland. Average ride in this year's GOBA will be more than 50 miles. Ireland averages somewhere in the 30's, methinks.

a yellow card was given to a soccer player in England for breaking wind during a penalty shot and distracting the goalie... I cannot fathom this penalty one bit
