Finally...

I feel whole again! It has been almost three weeks since I fell over the bike handlebars in Ireland. Did 14 miles on the bike tonight after walking a couple of miles during the day. I took only 65 minutes to cover the 14 miles, though I did ride the hybrid bike that weighs half of my ancient Schwinn. I'll take it though I sure don't recover as quickly as I used to.
